Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The order must include all correct components and parts, and the packaging must be exactly as received.
  • The product must have been handled normally; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  • The product must be identified as defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  • A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to customer fault.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to start the return process:

  1. Send an email to: support@shopcevy.com
  2. Ensure the email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Full name of the customer
    • Customer's address
  3. We will then contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the return to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

Cancellation

Consumers have the right to withdraw under the following conditions if the consumer is a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives or accepts the last good. As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately once placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Cevy via a clear statement (e.g., by email) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is completed when we receive the goods. The costs of returning the goods are the buyer's responsibility.

Registration for In-Transit Shipments
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can notify us of your cancellation in advance. To process a return as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we must refund all payments received from you, except for the delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal from the contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will fees be charged for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
